Racing

Racing can look intimidating, but it's fun, accessible to all, and a great way for children to build confidence on and off the bike.

We encourage our members to race. We have a pool of race-ready bikes to borrow for a one-off event, or rent for a whole season for only £100. Interested? Speak to a coach or any volunteer.

Cyclocross

Off-road cycling for all ages from 6. The London Cyclocross Association season runs 15 events from September to February. Our more competent riders also join the national leagues.

Go-Ride

Off-road racing for ages 6–16 not yet racing in the established leagues — the perfect start. Sept–Nov and Mar–July, 9 events. No joining fee: £5 per race (£4.50 pre-registered).

Race dates, venues, results and advance registration for the 2026/27 season are on the South London Go-Ride Racing League website.

Crystal Palace Crits

Road racing on the traffic-free roads in Crystal Palace Park. Every Tuesday at 6:30pm (arrive 6:15pm), May to August.
